How much sleep are you getting?

The early years in your child’s life are supposed to be the most exciting. I know how difficult it can be to enjoy this time if you are feeling exhausted and sleep deprived. As a mom of 4 teenage children, I had to learn quickly how to face all their sleep issues. Now my issue is a little different- how to wake them up!

I adore my teenagers, but my passion is for babies.

My mission is to empower parents by providing them with the tools that will give them the confidence to face the huge challenges that these little beings bestow upon us.

Are you having sleep troubles? Send me your question to info@oursoundsleeper.ca or leave them in the comment section and I’ll do my best to help you get some much needed sleep!
